Innovate your product using emotional journeys
In this workshop the participants learned about design tools used by LEGO designers to create memorable moments for kids.  In a world where products are becoming more about experiences, it’s important to understand the micro emotions that users have throughout the experience, so that as designers you can orchestrate the emotional journey you want users to have. People worked in groups through a couple of exercises, and walked away with a new lens to the design process.
